All you have to do is enter the serial key to register “system tool” and follow the rest of the steps. The key is WNDS-S0DF5-GS5E0-FG14S-2DF8G. This is from rogueamp’s youtube video. I did this and it was just a matter of deleting it in control panel then installing the anti virus program, i did this to a clients pc, SYSTEM TOOL blocked all attempts to rtun any anti virus/spyware

Is this post an answer to someone's question?

System Tool is a very aggressive Trojan requiring Malwarebytes to remove it.

no rims just something i thought id throw in there, no need to use any program to delete the splash screen part of the virus(the bit that wont let you do anything else)just run your normal cleaning software to get rid of anyting it leaves behind after u activate it then delete it.

Its warnings are bogus, why would you have it on your computer?

I watched rogueamp's video and he explains the process logically. The problem I would have with using that technique is that it allows System Tool to go ahead and delete viruses and I wouldn't risk allowing spyware to remove anything in case some of them are vital system files.

In this instance it doesn't appear to be that vindictive, they just want your money for the key.

The other way of doing it is to start windows in safe mode and use Malwarebytes, the program rogueamp and everyone else recommends using to remove SystemTool. Sometimes a program called rkill is needed to disable SystemTool first but I didn't need to use it.
