All good with me.

Ive done a few driver swap events and agree outright speed is not always key, keeping it 1 piece is!

Be interesting to see how the brakes are toward the end, the FVR mod brakes went to jelly around lap 110

Don't worry GMan ive been racing a while and consistency is my strong point, i rarely don't finish and ive given a few people here a run for their money over the years lol.

Are we going to have a similar car for all four teams, or are they going to be for each team to decide?

And those templates are for the old 1.3 version mick.

Basically each team can have there own skin, im thinking similar skin for the Fords and one for the Holdens only different body colour.

Cant tell with this mod as i haven't had a chance to try yet, delayed by wheel breakage, but in the FVR/mod between 2.09 and 2.11 so i wouldn't be expecting to be to far from that.

Talk with J_Robbo Night... he has had a similar problem with his G25. He managed to buy new chips for $1 each I think and had them installed onto the motherboard and all works fine

A message to all members of SimRacer

The time has come for teams to stake their claim, the SimRacer Bathurst 1000 sign up thread will be posted at 6:30pm AEST Monday 8/8/11 (tomorrow)!
The sign up thread will be for the registration of teams only with each team principle needing to lock in a team name and manufacturer. From that point each team principle will be responsible for ensuing that all aspects of the teams entry are compliant and complete. There will be a deadline closer to the event itself for finalising the driver line-ups for each team.
At this stage we expect demand to be very strong, please ensure that if you register a team you are fully prepared and able to greet the starter on Saturday 8/10/11.
Good luck and best wishes,
The SimRacer team.
