Bert: Hi SS, the test server last night only had the Hlden and Nissan. Is there a problem with the ford?
SmellySkidmark: Yes there's a problem putting them on the server because FVR have done it with 2 updates, however the server will only let you do 1 update to a file (rfcmp). So we're waiting for them to sort this out. How do you like the mod?
Bert: Haven't had much time to test them as my single player crashes. So last night was the first opportunity. Not sure what brand to go for this year either. Looking to do some testing tonight. Thx for putting up a server
SmellySkidmark: I find the tyres to be inconsistent & overheat fast, and wear out quick as well, imho

HSV_PETE: Just tried the new V2.5 V9Bcorsa mod......wow! What a great drive. They have fixed up a lot things such as the chronic understeer....a very immersive drive...plus they have alll the liveries from the 2016, 2017 and 2018 seasons....there are over 13 aussie tracks now available with a few more coming soon....beats the hell out of the FVR mod.....makes getting Assetto Corsa worthwhile!

Seca: We are looking at running our Australasia Bathurst Enduro, just finalising dates. We are tossing up between the 27th (week before the race), 3rd (day of the actual race) or the 10th (week after the actual race). Do you guys have a preference? We will be getting main post up with details etc in the next day or so.

I have finally got what I wanted done for Micks race. There is still more I want to do before final release.

This only has the long track!!

Known Issues

AI dont stop for fuel

Please report any issues here

V0.75 CHANGE LOG

Added more crowd and progressing thinker as you move to race
Replaced sitting crowd with billboards
Adjusted wet reflections
Fixed some gaps in the mesh
Added Night lighting
Added lights on the garage roof
Made some animated crowd banners
Made some textures for the transporters
Added some more cars, buses, RV's and transporters to the car park.
Started setting up graphic detail settings. Medium Graphic settings removes a lot of objects to gain FPS.
Adjusted the window texture settings

It's all about details..........

Really starting to understand Ambient Occlusion and how to get good results. Takes time but the end results are worth it.

I played with the speakers and pole and made a single texture with all materials and added AO

Been playing with the terrain textures (thought the grass was to green) and vertex paint to blend 3 textures

The wait is over :popcorn:

First up thanks to Darren Blythe for making this track and then allowing me to convert it over.
2nd Thanks to Hexagramme for making the AIW
Also a big thanks to all the guys at xfactorracing.com for all the testing and downloading they did.

Not very much left to do so it's time for the public test and see what you guys find. I welcome your feedback so I can try and make it the best I can.

Will this update have to be installed on the server, as in anyone who has it installed won't be able to join the server without the update, and we'll all need to install it since it'll be on the server. Yes?

The update is mainly for those that race offline with AI.

I don't think the server needs the update. we aren't using AI. It's easy enough to uninstall the update to join the server

Bbut if you want to add it, it's up to you

Finally finished the track and I'm very pleased with the way it looks.
Hexagramme has made a new cam file which is very good.
Thanks to everyone that helped and tested the track along the way. :good:

v1.0 Change Log
Lowered the lip on the edge of the track to fix the AI
fixed some z-fighting on some objects
redbull tents now cast a shadow
new cam file
Retextured the railing on the G stand
made the uvw mapping of the cube map on the windows smaller and reduced the reflectiveness
