why is xfactor ts black listed?
The IP has changed again. That IP was only for 24 - 48 hours (don't ask me why but it goes along with the rest of their bad service). You may be aware that in the past few weeks there has been a lot of disconnections with our TS? I have been waiting for our plan to run out (which has just happened) and change provider. (which I have just done)
So the new IP and PORT for our TS is
IP: ts36.gameservers.com
PORT: 9202
This should be the final change with TS. I did choose a cheaper OS option on a month to month basis to see how it went but as we have found out the quality wasn't very good. We are now on an Aussie server and I have signed up for 6 months which worked out cheaper than the month to month basis.

Hello,
We are temporarily stopping voice service in order to migrate to a new location. The IP is changing, but, the hostname will remain the same.
It is possible that some ISP's will cache the dns lookup from hostname to IP for 24-48 hours beyond this. Should someone not be able to connect, please simply use the IP 173.199.80.178, and that will correct the issue.
We apologize for any inconvenience, but, this move aims to improve performance and stability, by moving it to a more robust network, and onto more powerful hardware.
