I don't know about anyone else but 'print screen' doesnt work for me when it comes to capturing screens in rfactor.
For screen grabs I use the 'screen shot function' in 'FRAPS'

Grab yourself a 'screen grab' of your favorite race moment, then take it into 'Photoshop' for a bit of work.

For those of you who don't have Photoshop, you can grap yourself a copy of GIMP HERE for free. GIMP is a free program that is very similar to Photoshop.

The best way to improve the look of your image is to add some 'depth of field'. You do this by bluring the distance, and leaving the foreground in focus. In GIMP or PHOTOSHOP, you will find a number of blur tools to play with.[img size=510]http://

Another effect is to 'desaturate' the background, and leave the cars, or car in colour. This is done by creating a mask around the cars, use the mask to create a selection, invert the selection and then desaturate that area.
